Nemo Racing’s new recruit Edouard Hugon started his NEMO/Agama career with a win at the recent Agde GP.
In cold but dry conditions, Edouard was able to qualify in second place while learning his new car and tyres, and was confident for the finals. The finals were of a slightly different format to the usual Nitro Racing style, with three 12 minute races.
Edouard was second in a close fight with Rayan Medjoubi in the first final, and then he would go on to dominate the second as he settled into a great rhythm and set some fast laps. The third and final race saw a fight back from Medjoubi, but Edouard was able to raise the level and keep his Agama/BETA package at the front to take the win…
Edouard was delighted with his debut, saying the car was “fast and easy to drive, and no problems in over 2 hours driving”
The Montpellier GP is coming soon where Edouard will be able to join up with NEMO and Agama team mates for his first big meeting with the team…Good luck Edouard..
